Details
We cannot be held responsible for any loss or delivery failures due to inaccurate or incomplete shipping address. We will safely store your personal information, and only using it for providing our services to you. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our service to any customer at any time. If you are under 18, you must obtain permission from your guardian before purchase. We reserve the right to only accept orders from you if you are aged 18 or above.
PAYMENT
We accepts payments by VISA/MASTER/AE/UNION PAY/APPLE PAY/GOOGLE PAY/SHOP PAY which made by Shopify Payments . We only accept members’s payment so please register as our member before shopping. We will not accept any other kinds of payment methods at this moment.
Merchandise
SIZES
For detailed sizes and measurements of merchandise, please check the size charts in our product detail pages.
COLOR DIFFERENCES
Different displays and monitors have different color reproduction technology and standards. We will not accept any return requests for color difference issues.
SHIPPING
We offer shipping for local only base on licensing just for HK, for international orders, please contact us before and we will see any chance to ship international, relevant shipping costs will apply and will be summated to the total amount during checkout.

We will not accept any request for designating shipping providers, and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. We are not responsible for any problems aroused during shipping of the items.
Customers will be responsible for the payment of any import tax and duties levied by the country to which the items are shipped. If you would like to know the relevant costs, or your package got stuck at customs, please contact your country / region’s customs office directly. We are not responsible for any problems aroused due to customs regulations or restrictions.
After the package is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to our customer, which includes the tracking number for checking of the shipping status through the shipping company’s website.
All items will be shipped within 7-14 days after the payment procedures completed. We cannot guarantee the exact arrival date and time of the items. Please make sure to receive your package, if you were not able to receive the package for the reason that you are out of the location, and the package has returned to us, we may not ship it for the second time, if we ship it for second time, the payment must paid by customer(s).
After the payment is completed, which represents the order is confirmed, we cannot accept any request of canceling or changing of the order (including the shipping address).
INVOICE
We will email the invoice to the customer when the order is shipped.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES & REFUND
*FOR REFUND, THERE MUST HAVE HANDING FEE 5% WHICH CHARGED BY PAYMENT GATEWAY & CREDIT CARD.
If you find any quality issues upon the arrival of the items including defective, damaged or deformed, or the items are different from what you have ordered, you can contact our customer service at online@milk.com.hk within seven days upon the arrival of the package, customer must provide pictures of the relevant item for the application. We will check the products with suppliers before request for an exchange.
We will proceed for the application after receiving the returning package and confirming it is in accordance with our terms of return and exchange. If we find the condition is different from the descriptions in the application, or the items have been damaged, used, soiled, washed, deformed or altered, or any accessories or small items attached including dust bags, hangers, studs, buttons or tags are lost under the care of the customer, we will not accept the application.
Applications for exchange is only available for the same item. We will not accept exchanging for other items. In the rare case that an exchange is unavailable, we will offer a refund through your payment method.
We will reimburse the returning shipping fees to the customer through your payment method after we have received the returning package and confirmed it is in accordance with our terms of return and exchange.
We will not accept any COD returning packages. Please use reliable shipping providers for returning shipping to ensure the package is handled with care to prevent damages to the items.
Please be reminded that you must contact our customer service within seven days upon the package arrival for the applications. We will not accept any applications afterwards, nor any returning packages without prior contacting us.
For all sale and promotion items, or any intimate apparel items like underwear, legwear or swimwear, we will not offer refunds or exchanges.
We reserve the final right on the processing of return and exchange applications.
We reserve the rights to temporarily or permanently terminate part or all of this website’s services, or make changes to all or part of the above service policies prior of notifying our members.
